I started Core Strength Fitness & Pilates...
[image-pilates pose]... to teach women and men how to achieve a healthy fit and flexible body through movement and fitness in the comfort of their own home, office or at their neighborhood gym.

I have strong commitment to help others meet their exercise and nutrition goals.

I will design an exercise program to suit your specific needs.

My interest in physical fitness and nutrition started in my early 20's and I have been working out for over 15 years. During these years I used dance, strength training, running, walking, flexibility training, yoga and Pilates, and combined proper nutrition to keep myself in shape.

I hold certification in Pilates through Power House Pilates. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a registered Pilates instructor with the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).

I serve Mercer, Burlington and Camden Counties in New Jersey.

There is no magic pill for getting into shape. There is no perfect exercise that will change your body; it is a combination of movements and disciplines that will change and challenge your body.
