I just wanted to share my experience with Jessica and Pilates. At first I thought it may be too easy, but I stayed with it and quickly changed my mind. Pilates takes serious concentration and awareness of correct form and breathing. I am beginning to notice a change in my core muscle group. I also have a feeling of relaxation and well being when our session is over. What a stress buster! I believe that everyone should incorporate Pilates into their weekly workouts for the benefits and challenges it provides, and for the increased body awareness that will be used with other daily exercise. With Jessica as an instructor you get a double bonus, for she is a knowledgeable and teacher and a very caring person.
